Vrbanj Vrbanj is a picturesque small village situated on the island, near the town of Hvar. In a typical Hvar landscape adorned with fragrant fields of lavender Vrbanj is unchanged since ancient times. Its authentic atmosphere, the nearby beaches, picturesque coves and marinas will prove to you that Vrbanj an oasis of rest. Jelsa Located on the northern coast of central and southern parts of the island of Hvar. Extends to 121.2 km2. According to the 2001 Census. The Municipality of Jelsa has a population of 3656. It includes 12 villages Gdinj, Mudri Dolac, Humac, Basina, Jelsa, Pitve, Poljica, Svirce, Vrboska, Vrisnik, Zavala and Zastrazisce.
